Early year's

Jaroner just after graduation from school was an analyst and radio news host for The New Gallifrey Harold. After a while he moved on to become a teacher at the school which is where he met Jessa. The two fell in love with each other and eventually they had been assigned to work for the New Alliance and organization akin to the celestial intervention agency. 
After being given their own TARDIS a type 42 model capsule. After quite a few missions done for The New Alliance of which New Gallifrey wouldn't exist in the 60th century and they wouldn't have the lively hood they would have their own adventures in Time and Space.
After Jaroner and Jessa grew closer than ever their mission's got more riskier than before. 
They had married and have a kid on the way.

When The New Gallifreyan's made contact with The New Alliance they had sent made a list of things they want to be able to do and the message of forgiveness for what the members of The New Alliance had done in the past. The New Alliance traveled to the future to the 70th century and made arrangements for themselves so that The New Alliance can continue to do good on a planet they dubbed Newallienceia.  New Gallifrey has been around for a few hundred years by the 70th century and the planet New Gallifrey and it's inhabitants had made a few connections of their own with the external universe. While a new race of people was developing on Newallienceia The Time Lord's of New Gallifrey over saw the progression of The police force race which when they had developed had been already knowledgeable of what they were doing. The Newallienceian's resemble humans only with more human variations.

Travel in style

In the  year 2020 The New Alliance had forgotten about Jaroner and Mary.  Jaroner and Mary then opened up their fob watches and went back to New Earth with their TARDIS stuck in the disguise of a wooden cottage with frosted glass windows.  Mary after exiting her Dad's TARDIS noticed how it hadn't changed to fit the time period they were in now. Jaroner had built a Static Screwdriver on their way back to New Earth. Mary said," Uhh Dad, come look at how your TARDIS isn't changed to match the time period we are in currently." Jaroner rushed outside to take a look. Jaroner examined his TARDIS with the Static Screwdriver he had built saying," Wow, it's stuck on the disguise shape of a redwood cottage as the exterior." Mary noticed the device in her father's hand saying," I see you've made the device that you have been planning on making, it looks cool Dad." Jaroner after examining his TARDIS with his Static Screwdriver said," Thanks
